Job Description:

As Business Analyst, you will cooperate with central IT Services and with external consultants and you  will be responsible to:

• Ensure maintenance, assistance, development and deployment of IT applications
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure close alignment with business needs
• Contribute to successful IT project delivery and change management. 

You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of the customer’s intranet in compliance with its data governance and data quality frameworks.  

As Business Analyst, you will perform the following tasks:

• Contribute to the development and deployment of new IT applications and technologies timely and in an efficient way
• Provide support to internal clients concerning existing IT applications
• Develop, deploy and provide ongoing support for the intranet presence
• Find new use cases for existing or new IT applications, taking into account the needs of the customer.
• Perform the role of Data Officer by: taking the lead in matters related to compliance, data governance, data management and data quality framework, participating in meetings of the Information Governance Steering Committee
• Contribute to streamlining of internal processes and map, standardize, control, and automate legal workflows, documents, templates, and electronic records

Technical expertise and Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science/Engineering 
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a role related to IT engineering and/or innovation
• Familiarity with the SDLC (software development lifecycle) is required 
• Business analysis and change management experience would be a strong asset
• Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint online, Business Object, Microsoft 365, OpenText Livelink, Smart-IT is required
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, with strong result and customer orientation
• Understanding of the EIB ’s mission, organisation and activities
• Excellent knowledge of English. Good command of French or another EU langage is an asset.
